LifeTime Warranty

All products under the YellowTape umbrella are backed by our Lifetime Warranty. Any Defects Due To Manufacturing Is Covered. 

Wear & Tear Is Covered By Our Limited Warranty*

Lifetime Limited Warranty

Our Limited Warranty protects you against any general wear and tear. Certain items* include Jackets & Hats(Patches, Decals, Gems, Spikes, Etc.), are covered by the lifetime warranty. Reach out to us below with your order number and issue and we will provide a shipping label (please have photos of your issue prepared). 

Full Refund Policy

Our Full Refund Policy is a full refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase. A prepaid label will be provided. Once product is received and inspected, the refund will be issued. Generally within 3-5 business days to post to your account.

UpCycle Credit

We offer upcycle credits on all Denim Jackets & Jeans for redesign or donation. If you have any coats, jackets, without rips or tears and major stains, we offer a store credit on one item, and are working on getting approved to provide tax deductions for all donations.

Gift Certificate Refund Policy

Our Gift Certificate Refund Policy is a full refund issued to a YellowTape Gift Certificate that can be used to purchase any product or service on our website. Orders are eligible for Gift certificate refund within 1 Year of purchase and are not damaged or subject to general wear and tear.

Meeting Reschedule Policy

We offer 2 reschedules within 24 hours of meeting, anything after is subject to a 20% surcharge. Any last minute cancelations result in a penalty of 50% of the total booking price.
